6 Bulan Rumahku Istanakutelah berlalu sejak saya tanda tangan kontrak pembelian sebuah rumah di Perumahan Citra Indah, berdasarkan perjanjian seharusnya rumah sudah di serah terima kan bulan juni 2008 namun hingga kini belum juga selesai, di awal bulan juni saya menanyakan progress rumah ke pihak developer dan mereka mengatakan rumah sudah 92% ,kemudian saya telpon 2 minggu kemudian ternyata masih 92%, terus akhir bulan juni dan lagi-lagi 92%, saya jadi bertanya2 kapan rumah saya selesei, terakhir saya tanyakan rumah selesei sekitar 3 minggu lagi, artinya serah terima bakal telat 3 mingguan, didalam kontrak perjanjian memang tidak disebutkan sangsi mengenai keterlambatan ini, tapi tak apalah telat dikit2 ku kan menunggu untuk menempati rumah baru he…he…bersama istri tercinta.
